Hello Everyone, I have been doing this page since October 10, 2008. I wanted to update my "About Me" and one of my buddies wrote this up for me. I have to tell you all that I am so honored to post this but at the same time a little embarrassed. Thank you all for allowing me to be anonymous. I love you all! Big Hugs, Sparrow ****************************************************************** What can you really say about Sparrow Six-Five that you can't see for yourself by reading any of the blogs, comments, blurbs or pics. She has committed herself to helping those who would serve this Great Country of ours. American heroes as she so often puts, those who try to better this country, protect her and her people and their families. She is obviously a very proud American, willing to put herself out there for those who struggle to come home and face the intolerance, stupidity and ignorance of those who would put them down and say they do mean anything. Stating truth of what is going on and the struggle these heroes face during their tours of duty. Showing her anger toward those who would put this country down and those who would not understand the heartache of those who serve and sacrifice, sometimes sacrifice ALL! We owe a debt to every service personnel out there, current and past who gave us the freedoms we have. It is often forgotten that freedom COST, and thank you Sparrow for helping us remember this and be grateful and thankful to them all.... Sparrow has shown us the hearts and minds of some of these heroes. Their pain, their suffering and their hopes. Opened our eyes to the turmoil some of them face when the struggle is over. She has opened her heart to them, listened to them, and even cried with them. Trying to be the ear that hears and helps bring them to peace and hopefulness. As one hero put it "Sparrow is an Emissary of Goodness and Compassion." Many a soldier, fireman and police officer has turned to Sparrow for a kind gentle voice for comfort, support, understanding and validation for their service to all American people. Sparrow derive her name from a soldier who believe she was all these things and more which reminded him of the call sign "Sparrow" which was given to call for aid in times of great peril. Some of these soldiers feel just that when they return and need that same support here, and she gives that very thing. My own experience with Sparrow has given me hope and even lifted my spirits higher. I am indebted to her for saving me from myself and pain i was feeling. I am grateful for drive, integrity, her understanding, her honesty and the occasional kick in the butt to tell me to get over myself. I even enjoy the jabs at those who would put this GREAT country down or put down those who serve. Thank you for letting us know that someone, anyone really cares anymore! In closing in her own words: "thank you so much for your service and your sacrifices for this Great Country and for my freedom!". Thank you Sparrow Six-Five for lifting us up. Thank you for lifting America up and thank you for helping everyday folks be PROUD to be in the United states of AMERICA!
